Now, it’s time to get designing and show you how things will look with detailed construction plans. (We’re happy to work with your designer or architect.)

How much experience do you have?

Our founder, Sean Warren, has over 10 years of experience renovating homes and is a Red Seal licensed carpenter. See our quality work for yourself here.

Do you offer free quotes?
Though we can give you a rough guide for pricing, it’s not until we visit your home and carry out a thorough inspection and discovery with you that we come up with an exact figure.  This process takes time, which is why we highly suggest opting for a paid quotation where your final estimate is much more accurate. Though some contractors might do this for free, the likelihood that your work will cost more than initially quoted is much higher.
Do you do custom cabinetry?
We absolutely do! We work with experienced trade partners who will sit down with you to discuss how you’d like your cabinets to look, make suggestions on the materials and fixtures, and create a custom design for you. Then our Red Seal licensed carpenters to install them with a seamless finish. 
Will my house be messy?
We know that your home renovation can be disruptive. That’s why we do our best to keep our workspace neat and tidy, ensure your home is fully protected, and deliver a spotless finished result.
How long will my renovation take?
The answer to this, of course, depends on what type of renovation you’re looking at. But to give you a very rough idea, a single room renovation typically takes between 2-6 weeks, a home addition is between 8-12 weeks, and a complete home renovation is anywhere from 8-12 weeks. When you work with us, we’ll ensure you have a solid understanding of timelines and do everything in our power to meet your deadline.
Will you create the design or do I need an architect?
If you’re already working with an architect, we will of course collaborate with them to discuss your design plans, otherwise, we can refer you to our trusted trade partners – whether that’s an architect, draftsman, designer, or engineer.
